Buying Foreclosures

Buying foreclosures in today's market requires some patience and if you are serious, a quick response time.  Some properties have multiple offers in a few days.  A recent waterfront home had seven offers by the second day.  And no wonder.  The price was equal to the land value and it was a livable home with some work.

If you are interested in submitting offers on foreclosures, you must have a lender pre-approval letter or proof of funds.  For the offer to be considered it must be presentable to the lender, in other words, complete and without conditions.

There are beautiful golf course homes in North Pinellas off of East Lake Road, Wentworth, Cypress Run and Crescent Oaks.  Of course the Beaches and Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and Island Estates if boating and a dock or boat slip is in the plans. 

For convenience and a central location you can't beat Countryside, Palm Harbor and Oldsmar, where there are homes and condos for every price range.
